As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former Division I athlete, movement and wellness have always been at the center of my life. No matter how I am feeling, movement consistently brings me clarity, energy, and stress relief. Over the years, I’ve learned something important: the most meaningful change happens when fitness feels approachable, flexible, and empowering—not overwhelming.

My passion is helping individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable routines they can maintain no matter how full their schedule is. I want to help people reach their goals, feel stronger, and move with confidence.

I combine clinical expertise with years of hands-on training experience to create programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. More than anything, I want you to feel supported, capable, and proud of your progress.

My hobbies include running, hiking, swimming, surfing, weightlifting, reading, and spending time with family.
